ONBOARDING CALL

Before an agreement, we will have a chat where we will discuss your business, and what you hoping to achieve with us. This will give us a better understanding of you and your business, where we can add value, and also if we work well together. This call will also clarify timeline & budget.

DISCOVERY CALL

Using the information gathered from our chat, we will create a project proposal which will outline how the project & process will work, and likely cover a couple of different options. This proposal will outline the project schedule, deliverables and quote for each option.

PROJECT PROPOSAL

PROJECT BEGINS

After selecting the option you’d like to go with, I’ll send over our contract and deposit invoice for 50% of the agreed project fee. As soon as I receive the deposit and signed contract, our project is locked in for the agreed start date. All projects must have a 50% deposit before we start.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

1. CLIENT QUESTIONAIRE

Once we are fully on board for the project after the discovery call, we will send over a client questionaire. This is a more indepth analysis to what we had on the discovery call, and is a deep dive into your business and everything we would possibly need to know to make this project a success.

Once we have this information, we will review and begin the research process. This will involve us taking a deep dive into your industry to properly understand everything involved in what you do, including your competitors, and begin to work out how to create your project.

2. RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

We will then have another discussion which will include a style direction presentation, where we will propose a few directions we can take this project, to give an idea/feeling of how we want the final outcome to look. After a discussion, we will decide on one route to take for the project.

4. CREATIVE PROCESS

Once we have clarified a visual direction, the creative process will begin. This will involve several rounds of sketching, creating concepts, developing, refining until we have reached an outcome that we believe fits your brand and vision, and fits the strategy and direction we discussed prior.

We will then present the outcome, including an entire recap of the process from the story to the final result. Please note, we present one concept as the final design. We will have a brief discussion on what you think initially, then give you a few days to review & reflect. 

6. FINAL AMENDMENTS

We will have another discussion about what you think of the design, with any light amendements that are required. We will then deliver one final presentation of the project, and once complete, provide all the files you will need to use your outcome in the real world.
